Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

By purchasing with us, you are agreeing to the policy and process that we have for Returns and Refunds.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and tags are still in place.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase / proof of payment.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned your item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

As we use a  third party gateway for payment, the refund would be less the third parties charges.

Seminar Refunds. We can’t offer any exchanges or refunds if a seminar is going ahead on the date originally planned.  Please note: before buying a spot for our seminars, it's really important to double-check all the event details and make sure you're 100% happy before going ahead.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping to you cost will be deducted from your refund (You will only receive the refund for the item purchased.)
