While Gracie Fourways is internationally renowned for the quality of its group classes, it’s been proven that private training provides students with greater comprehension in less time. In a one-on-one environment, the instructor can teach the lessons in the order that best suits the student, and can modify or adapt the techniques to accommodate the student's strengths and weaknesses. Each private lesson begins with a review of all previously learned techniques, followed by the introduction of 2-3 new techniques. Once you fully understand the new techniques, the instructor will show you how to combine them in a series of Reflex Development Drills. This process continues until you have mastered all the techniques in the module.

NB - Bookings cannot be canceled within 24 hours of the lesson. Also rescheduling cannot be done within 12 hours of the lesson.
