In-stock orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. Delivery is by The Courier Guy. Metro areas are usually 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Rural areas can take longer. The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not ship to PO boxes. In-store collection is available at the address above once we email you that the order is ready.

 

 

Shipping

All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please make note of any production delays listed on the product page and factor these into processing times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing the shipping and tracking information

Many of our items are ordered on an as-needed basis, these orders will be supplied within 1-2 days after being received from the manufacturer.

South Africa – 2-5 days
Rural and remote locations may be subject to additional delays. All estimates provided are subject to service availability.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please note, shipping to P.O boxes is not available

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for ordrr or for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
