The CC is not VAT registered and prices are not subject to VAT.

Goods and bookings
The product page describes the item. Pre-loved items are second-hand and are described on that page. Seminar and private-lesson products are bookings for a session at the academy. The price on the product page includes any tax that applies. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

Placing an order
You can review the cart and correct it before you pay. When you pay, you offer to buy. We accept when we send the order confirmation. If we cannot supply the item, we will refund you.

Payment
We accept the methods shown at checkout, including Yoco and the payment plans named on the site. Payflex and PayJustNow are contracts with those providers, not with us.

Delivery and collection
See the Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes when the courier delivers to the address you gave, or when you collect in store.

Returns
See the Refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Cooling-off
Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies and is not excluded, you may cancel an electronic transaction in the cooling-off period. Goods that are made to your specifications, or services that have already started with your consent, may be excluded. Seminars inside the cancellation window above are treated as a booking you asked us to hold.

Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or try to break checkout. You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it.

Liability
We are liable where the Consumer Protection Act says we are, including for defective goods and for harm caused by our gross negligence. We are not liable for loss that the law allows us to exclude, including loss caused by a courier delay outside our control, or by you using a seminar technique outside the class. This limit is read down if a court says it goes too far.

Email admin@graciefourways.co.za with the order number. We aim to answer in 5 business days. You can also contact the National Consumer Commission.

Law
South African law applies. You may use the consumer courts or the ordinary courts in Gauteng.
